1 ½ - 2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts, cut in 1-inch
cubes
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray aluminum pan with vegetable spray.
In aluminum pan, combine rice & contents of seasoning packets.
Add boiling water & mix well. Add chicken & sprinkle
with garlic powder. Cover with aluminum foil & bake for 30
minutes. Add broccoli & cheese. (There’s no need to cook
this further.) Cover again with aluminum foil. Write the recipe
name on the foil. FREEZE.
